Development

After years of disciplined sourcing, Tantel acquires explored yet undeveloped deposits with defined upside and moves them toward bankable resources through active drilling programmes across gold, rare earth elements and critical minerals, with multi-decade mine lives, billion-dollar in-ground values and in-country processing designed in from the outset.

Production

Tantel operates producing gold mines in partnership with the country's leading licensed miners, deploying the machinery, operating the plants and purchasing output at transparent market prices.Mechanisation lifts production up to three times over manual methods, and every gram flows through documented custody to export from Dar es Salaam to LBMA refineries.
